I’m Thi Ha Zaw, a photographer and filmmaker based between the United Arab Emirates and my home country, Myanmar. I started my journey in 2018, focusing on portrait photography and the emotional side of people. I’m drawn to honest and quiet moments, the kind that feel real and unspoken. My work is about connection, trust, and showing people as they truly are.

I also shoot with film cameras, which help me slow down and be more present with each frame. I’ve had the chance to work with organizations like AVPN, The World Bank, Turquoise Mountain, The British Council, and Save the Children, and some of my work has been featured in Vogue Italia.

Currently, I work as a Content Manager at The Espresso Lab, where I create and shape visual stories. Alongside my work, I continue my personal projects, exploring identity, emotion, and everyday life. I’m always learning, always observing, and trying to create work that feels honest and meaningful.
